U.S. Special Operations Command Africa Commends Operation HADIN KAI, Reaffirms Security Partnership with Nigeria

The United States Special Operations Command Africa (SOCAFRICA) has commended Operation HADIN KAI for its operational progress and strong partnership with U.S. forces during a visit to the Theatre Command Headquarters in Maiduguri.
Led by Major General Claude Tudor, the U.S. delegation described the collaboration between both nations as a model of effective military cooperation in the fight against terrorism and insurgency. The delegation reaffirmed the United States' commitment to supporting Nigeria through enhanced military collaboration, strategic engagement, and capacity building.

In response, the Theatre Commander, Major General Abdulsalam Abubakar, acknowledged the continued support of the U.S. Government and SOCAFRICA, noting that the partnership has strengthened operational effectiveness through both kinetic and non-kinetic operations while enhancing the Theatre's overall capabilities.
