Akwa Ibom Advances Environmental Cleanliness with June 2026 Statewide Sanitation Exercise

The Akwa Ibom State Government has announced that the June 2026 Monthly Environmental Sanitation Exercise will hold on Saturday, June 27, from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with full restriction of movement across the state.

According to the government, the exercise is aimed at promoting environmental cleanliness, public health, and sustaining Akwa Ibom's reputation for excellence in environmental sanitation. Residents, community leaders, and stakeholders are encouraged to participate actively, while only essential duty personnel will be exempt from the restriction.
